The Nepal President arrived in India on Monday.
MEA spokesperson Gopal Baglay tweeted: "Strengthening an age old unique partnership. PM @narendramodi meets President Bidya Devi Bhandari at @RashtrapatiBhvn."
The Nepal President was accorded a ceremonial welcome at the forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan earlier in the day.
She is currently on five-day State visit to India.
