Delhi police serve summons to AIDMK leader Dinakaran over symbol case

New Delhi, Apr 19 (IBNS): Delhi police served summons to AIDMK leader TTV Dinakaran, for his alleged indulgence in bribery in 'two leaves' symbol case, on Tuesday, media reports said.

Dinakaran was accused of bribing an Election Commission official to get the 'two leaves' symbol for their faction after the party's disintegration into two groups, following former CM of Tamil Nadu J Jayalalitha's death.

Dinakaran received the summons after the arrest of a middleman named Sukesh Chandrasekhar who is also involved in the bribery case.
