Moshe Holtzberg was two years old when he survived the 2008 Mumbai attack carnage carried out by terrorists, leaving the whole nation shocked.
The Indian PM also met the child's Indian nanny Sandra Samuels.
"The two leaders also met paternal and maternal grandparents of Moshe and Ms Sandra Solomon, the nanny who had saved baby Moshe on 26/11," MEA spokesperson Gopal Baglay tweeted along with pictures of the meeting.
"An emotional moment reminiscent of horrific terrorist attack. PM @narendramodi meets Moshe, the boy who survived 26/11 Mumbai attack in 2008," read his another tweet.
Rivka and Gavriel Holtzberg, the parents of the child, were serving as the emissaries of Chabad in Mumbai.
They were killed along with six others by terrorists at the Nariman House during the attack in 2008.
Moshe is currently staying in Israel.
