Chandigarh/ New Delhi, Sep 13 (IBNS) : New Delhi/Chandigarh, Sep 13 (IBNS) : Two top officials of the Ryan International School, the scene of a grisly murder of a seven-year-old student, were on Wednesday sent to police and judicial remand till September 16 while an official of the group moved the Supreme Court seeking transfer of the case to Delhi from Haryana, reports said.

According to reports, the group's northern zone head Francis Thomas was remanded to police custody while HR head Jayesh Francis was sent to judicial remand in Bhondsi. Both of them were arrested on Sunday.

In a petition to the Supreme Court, a school official sought the case to be tranferred to Haryana's Saket court said it it is necessary since the local bar association has restrained lawyers from representing the accused in the sensational case.

Senior advocate K.T.S. Tusli will be representing the Ryan International School, Gurugram in the Supreme Court in connection with the case.

Tulsi has requested the apex court to transfer the case from Haryana's Sohna to Delhi's Saket Court.

A bench, comprising Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices Amitava Roy and A.M. Khanwilkar considered Tulsi's submission and will hear the matter on Monday.

Meanwhile, post-mortem report of Class 2 student Pradyuman Thakur, who was found with his throat slit inside the school washroom on last Friday, ruled out any sexual assault on the kid, media reports said.

The accused had earlier admitted to the police that he killed Pradyuman with his knife after he resisted attempts of unnatural sex in the toilet.

Police have collected blood and semen samples of arrested bus conductor Ashok Ku,mar to conduct DNA test.

The Gurgaon Police, in its report, have reportedly said they have ample evidence against the prime accused, Vineet Kumar, the arrested  bus conductor, in the case.

However, the  school bus driver Saurabh Raghav claimed conductor Ashok Kumar was made a scapegoat by the school teachers.
