UP: At least 18 dead as boat capsizes in river Yamuna
Meerut, Sep 14 (IBNS): At least 18 people were feared dead as a boat capsized in Yamuna river in Uttar Pradesh's Baghpat district on Thursday morning, reports said.
The boat was carrying at least 50 people, who were heading towards Haryana, when tragedy befell.
According to reports, 12 people have been rescued so far.
Rescue teams have reached the spot.
The death toll is expected to rise.
