Chennai, Oct 1 (IBNS): Heavy rains lashed Chennai city on Sunday early morning due to which flight services have been affected.
Heavy rains caused poor visibility in Chennai Airport due to which two flights were diverted and 14 flights, including nine international flights, were delayed.
According to reports, Chennai received 25.3 mm rainfall from 8.30 am on Saturday till 8.30 am on Sunday.
At the Chennai airport, four arrivals and 10 departures were delayed from half an hour to two hours, said reports.
