Lalu’s son suggests masses to burst balloons to fight pollution

Patna, Oct 18 (IBNS): RJD chief Lalu Prasad’s son has come out with an innovative idea to fight the burning issue of air pollution.

Tej Pratap Yadav, who was the health minister in the previous Grand Alliance government, has suggested the masses to pump air in balloons and burst them which he claims will serve twin purposes—this will work as crackers and also cause no pollution.

The suggestion comes amid the Supreme Court banning crackers in Delhi and NCR this Diwali over the issue of pollution.

The SC order though has drawn strong criticisms from various quarters, including political class people.
