Himachal Pradesh CM Jairam Thakur meets Vice President

New Delhi, Dec 29 (IBNS): Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister  Jairam Thakur on Friday met Vice President Venkaiah Naidu here.

Thakur took oath as the Chief Minister of the hilly state recently.

Sharing the picture of his meeting with the Vice President, PIB tweeted: "Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Jairam Thakur calls on Vice President @MVenkaiahNaidu, in New Delhi."

In the recently held assembly polls, the BJP won 44 of the state's 68 seats.
