Davos, Jan 23 (IBNS): After reaching Davos, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has hosted a roundtable meeting with top CEOs of the world.

This was his first major engagement at the World Economic Forum platform.

Modi narrated India's 'growth story' to the business leaders.

He also presented them 'exciting opportunities' for global business in India.

MEA spokesperson Raveesh Kumar tweeted: "Narrating India's growth story and presenting exciting opportunities for global business in India at #Davos, PM @narendramodi hosted a roundtable meeting with CEOs of top global companies. #IndiaMeansBusiness."

Modi is the first Indian PM to attend the World Economic Forum in Davos in 20 years.
