IIT-G student missing, similar body recovered near railway track

Guwahati, Apr 3 (IBNS): A B.Tech student of IIT Guwahati, Kanuwar Paul Singh Yadav, is missing since Monday. The IIT-G authority has informed police. 


Meanwhile, a similar looking body was recovered near a railway track on Tuesday morning.

The missing student hails from Rajasthan's Alwar district.

Meanwhile, North Guwahati police found a dead body of a young man from the railway track near Agyathuri railway station nearby IIT-G today morning.

The recovered body is yet to be identified, but few similarities were found with the missing student.

It is believed that, the missing student had allegedly committed suicide by jumping before speedy train.

The family members of the missing IIT student will reach Guwahati on Wednesday to identify the body.
