Storm and rain hit Delhi, 24 flights diverted

New Delhi, Apr 6 (IBNS): At least 24 flights were diverted out of Delhi after dust storm and rain hit the national capital on Friday, media reports said.

Vistara's Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer, Sanjiv Kapoor, said many Mumbai flights have been diverted to Amritsar.

He appealed to passengers to be patient.

The flights had to be diverted as the storm dipped the visibility level.
