Heavy rains trigger flash flood in Arunachal Pradesh

Guwahati, July 16 (IBNS): Heavy rains triggered flash flood in Arunachal Pradesh’s Nirjuli town on Monday, officials said.

The flash flood submerged a major portion of the National Highway 52 in Nirjuli town.

After flash flood hit the town, massive traffic jams were also reported from the area.

The residents were caught unaware by the flash flood as water inundated  their homes.

Commuters and students faced trouble due to flood.
