BJP blasts Rahul Gandhi for ISIS remarks in Germany

| @indiablooms | 23 Aug 2018, 09:05 am

New Delhi/Hamburg, Aug 23 (IBNS): The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday lambasted Congress president Rahul Gandhi for his remarks in Germany where he spoke on the creation of ISIS and linked lynchings in India to demonetisation.

"Horrified to hear Congress President RahulG justifying the formation of ISIS in Syria ..and giving out a veiled threat that if Modiji doesn’t “give vision” to India then soon someone else(read ISIS) would give the vision..Unbelievable ..He’s a PM aspirant??" tweeted Sambit Patra, BJP spokesperson.

Rahul, who is now on a four-day tour to Germany and the United Kingdom, attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led central government, saying the incidents of lynchings are the results of "anger" emanating from joblessness and the "destruction" of small businesses. He also accused the BJP of not including Dalits and minorities in development.

Tracing the creation of ISIS, he said: "It's very dangerous in the 21st century to exclude people. If you don't give people a vision in the 21st century, somebody else will give them one and that may not be good for the you & the world."
