Narendra Modi meets Chief Advisor of Interim Government of Bhutan in Kathmandu

Kathmandu, Aug 31 (IBNS): Lyonpo Tshering Wangchuk, Chief Advisor of the Interim Government of Bhutan, met Prime Minister Narendra Modi here on Friday.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the BIMSTEC Summit.

Modi is attending the Summit.

He reached Nepal on Thursday.

MEA spokesperson Raveesh Kumar tweeted: "A neighbour and a close friend! PM @narendramodi met Lyonpo Tshering Wangchuk, Chief Advisor of the Interim Government of Bhutan on the sidelines of the #BIMSTECSummit in Kathmandu."
