Qatar Airways plane hits water tank in Kolkata airport while landing, no casualty
Kolkata, Nov 1 (IBNS) : A Qatar Airways flight, arriving in Kolkata from Doha, hit a water tanker on Thursday while landing at the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport on Thursday, reports said.
All the 103 passengers are, however, safe.
The incident occurred at 1:52 am.
While the plane QR 541 has been taken for repair work as its belly has been damaged.
According to a reports, Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has ordered an inquiry into the incident.
