Assembly polls: Voting begins in Rajasthan, Telangana
Hyderabad/Jaipur, Dec 7 (IBNS): Polling began in Rajasthan and Telangana to elect new assemblies in the state on Friday.
Rajasthan and Telangana are the last few states where crucial polling for the Assembly seats are going on.

Voting is currently underway for 119 seats in Telangana and 199 seats in Rajasthan.

The election is crucial for the BJP and its Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje which is currently ruling in Rajasthan while Congress is aiming to return to power in the north Indian state.
In Telangana, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is facing the challenge from the Congress and Chandrababu Naidu's Telugu Desam Party.
Counting of votes for all the polls will; be held on Dec 11.
