Patna, Dec 21 (TheBiharPost/IBNS): RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on Thursday said he was ready for making any sacrifices to save the country which is now passing through critical phase.

“Desh ko bachane ke liye kuchh bhi sacrifice karane ko taihar hain (I’m ready to make any sacrifice to save the nation),” Tejashwi told the media on Thursday.

He was talking to media in New Delhi shortly after a meeting of Grand Alliance leaders. RLSP chief Upendra Kushwaha joined the Grand Alliance on this occasion.

“We have come together to save constitutional institutions such as CBI, RBI, ED which are facing threats from the fascist forces,” he said.

Tejashwi claimed the Mahagathbandhan (Grand Alliance) is not an alliance of parties but of similar ideologies.

He alleged the ruling NDA government at the centre didn’t do anything good for Bihar and the lone thing it did was to mislead the masses.

He said the NDA is fast losing its alliance partners as they have no faith in the BJP.

Tejashwi who is younger son of jailed RJD president Lalu Prasad was the deputy chief minister in the previous Grand Alliance in Bihar.
