Wedding couples ask people to return Narendra Modi in power in 2019

New Delhi, Jan 5 (IBNS): Dramatic things in the election year is not something new but emergence of Narendra Modi's name in wedding cards is definitely a surprise for many people.

In a new trend, several brides and grooms are using pictures of Modi on their wedding cards highlighting his works as the Prime Minister during his tenure and are also asking for votes on behalf of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader.

One Bhushan Branson, who is going to get wedded on Jan 18 somewhere in Karnataka, described various schemes initiated by Modi after coming to power in 2014.

He tweeted saying, "@BJP4India One of wedding card, scheduled on 18 Jan 2019, @ Karnataka describing Modiji' s different Schemes, Achievements,& his personal life,Values and Shows the special importance to clean India mission by Modi ji."

In a later tweet, he even said people must "take care" of Modi who will in turn "take care" of the country.

Branson further said: "@narendramodi Sir. With my wedding invitation card, I am trying to explains the lot of achievement, schemes by Modi Govt. & Urging all invitees get the use. Hand to hand helping them to get the max.benefit . I believe "We have to take care of Modi, Modi will take care of nation."

Leave alone Branson, some couples are also asking for votes in favour of Modi in the 2019 General Elections.

While Dhaval and Jaya got married in Gujarat on Jan 1, Chi. Nihal A. Kumar and Chi. Sow. Ankita are set to tie the nuptial knot on Feb 10. Both the couples have asked for votes for the Prime Minister's party.

Facebook user with name Uttam Ramola shared pictures of the wedding invitation cards on the social networking site.

The 2019 General Elections are just few months away as Modi and the BJP are eyeing a straight second term in the power amid a mounting challenge from the Opposition.
