Maha polls: BJP announces list of 172 candidates
New Delhi/Mumbai, Sept 26 (IBNS) the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday announced its list of candidates for the upcoming General Election to the Legislative Assembly of Maharashtra.
The party has named 172 candidates in the list.
The announcement came a day after the BJP and the Shiv Sena decided to contest the Maharashtra Assembly elections alone as they broke the grand and 25-year-old 'Mahayuti' alliance.
The Maharashtra elections are scheduled to be held on Oct 15.
