Kejriwal: How will Delhi function if CM has to go on hunger strike to get files cleared?
New Delhi, Feb 14 (IBNS): Delhi chief minister and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal today said the Delhi government cannot function if the CM and other ministers had to sit on dharna at the Lieutenant-General's house for 10 days to clear files.
After the Supreme Court order on Thursday, Kejriwal said: "To get files cleared by the LG, if Sachin Sisodia, Satendra Jain and Arvind Kejriwal the CM... has to go on hunger strike for 10 days... how will Delhi run?"

Not ending the tussle between the AAP-led Delhi government and Lieutenant Governor (LG) over sharing of powers, the Supreme Court on Thursday referred the issue of services to a three-judge bench, media reports said.
In an apparent blow for Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, a two-judge bench vested the power of inquiry with the central government.
The top court vested powers of electricity department, land price with the Delhi government.
On July 4, a five-judge bench of the Supreme Court led by then Chief Justice of India, Dipak Misra, said the LG can't be an "obstructionist" and is only the "administrative head".
The Supreme Court had said: "Powers must be with the elected government. LG is an administrator." It had also said the cabinet must convey all decisions to the LG but his concurrence is not required in all matters.
However, the court then did not spell out how the powers will be distributed between the government and LG.
