Indian govt should tell truth about air strike :Akhilesh

Lucknow, Mar 5 (UNI) Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday demanded from the government that they should tell truth about the air strike after Pulwama attack. 

He also asked the government to give martyr status to all the jawans died in the Pulwama attack and a compensation amount of Rs 1 crore to the family.

He said "Every Countrymen want to know the truth about the air strike but the government was diverting the issue and just trying to take political mileage over tge incident.

Yadav said the entire country is with the army but truth should come into fore "I have studied in the sainik school and all my friends are in defence. I know them well and they are patriot, fighting for the country, " he said with refusing to engage in the debate on the matter.

"If the BJP is really concern for the martyrs then whey they are hesitant in giving them Martyr status and provide Rs 1 crore compensation to the family," he demanded.

Attacking the BJP government ,The SP president said that the government was taking credit of the surgical strike but it would have been better if the government had gone for surgical strike on unemployment and farmers problem.

"Let the BJP wait , people of the country will go for surgical strike at the booths when voters will teach them a lesson," he claimed.
