Naidu’s son Lokesh to contest from Mangalagiri to Assembly

Amaravati, Mar 13 (UNI) Information Technology Minister and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s son Nara Lokesh will be contesting to the Assembly from Mangalagiri constituency in Guntur district.

.Lokesh was elected to Legislative Council and minister for IT and Panchayat Raj. TDP sources said that Chandrababu Naidu has decided to field him from Mangalagiri Assembly constituency.


In the 2014 election, YSRCP candidate Alla Ramakrishna Reddy won the seat by a slender margin of below 100 votes.


TDP Mangalagiri constituency in-charge Ganji Chiranjeevi confirmed the Chief Minister’s decision to field his son from Mangalagiri constituency.
