Bengaluru, Apr 8 (UNI) Criticising that in the last five years of BJP rule at the Center only people belonging to Rich were benefited and the poor left on the lurch in the country, former Chief minister and Chairman of the JD(S)-Congress Co-Ordination committee, Siddaramaiah has charged that Prime minister Narendra Modi had waived bank loan of the Industrialists to the tune of over Rs 3.5 lakh crore but refused to write off farm loans to help farmers who are in distress.

Participating in a Congress campaign in favor of the party candidate, Rizwan Arshad at the Bengaluru Central Lok Sabha seat here on Monday, he said that "While Prime minister Narendra Modi, turned a blind eye for the demand on farm loan waiver, Industrialists had received a bonanza".

Charging that Prime minister Narendra Modi, is not speaking the truth, the Congress leader said that "If the youth ask for Jobs, the prime minister suggests them to open pakkoda shop".

Coming down heavily against the sitting BJP MP, P C Mohan of the Bengaluru Central Lok Sabha constituency, he said that "Mohan in the last five years did not opened his mouth in the Parliament. The state doesn’t need such a representative".

Criticising that the BJP candidates have nothing to offer to the voters, he said that "Hence he (Mohan) is going before the people to look at Modi and voter for him, and this ridiculous".

The Congress candidate Rizwan Arshad, and several other Congress leaders were also present on the occasion.
