"I am feeling very happy today. We will work together," she told media.
Alok Sanjar, the current BJP parliamentarian from Bhopal, told NDTV the party fully backed her and would ensure her victory from the seat.
"No allegation was proved against her. A woman was harassed. Now it's time for revenge," Sanjar told the national news channel.
Twelve persons, including the Sadhvi and Purohit, were arrested for carrying out a blast at Malegaon, a predominantly Muslim town in north Maharashtra, on September 9, 2008. The blast killed six persons and injured 100.
The court earlier dropped provisions of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) against Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur.
However, Sadhvi is being tried under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA), reports said.
She is currently out on bail.
