Nashik, May 18 (UNI) A pair of ten-day-old leopards were rescued by the Forest Department from a well at the Chirai village in Baglan taluka here on Saturday.
The young cubs incidentally fell into the well when they were reportedly venturing in search of food and water.

The incident came into light on Saturday morning when a farmer noticed the cubs groaning inside the well, and he alerted the Forest Department.

A huge crowd gathered at the spot after coming to know about the incident and soon the forest officials reached the place to undertake the rescue operation which went on for two hours.
