New Delhi, May 23 (IBNS): As Narendra Modi led his Bharatiya Janata Party to register a thumping victory in the Lok Sabha polls, global leaders joined ton congratulate him over the Indian general polls results.

As per trends on 2.39 am, BJP-led NDA is currently ahead in 347 seats.
The Congress-led UPA is leading in 90 seats.
The other parties are ahead in 105 seats.
Counting of votes started at 8 am in the morning.
India voted in seven phases in the Lok Sabha polls.
