Begusarai, May 31 (UNI) Unidentified criminals killed a BJP leader in Amraur village under Singhaul police station in Begusarai district today.
Police said here that outlaws killed BJP leader and chairman of Amraur Panchayat Gopal Singh (40) by hitting him with an iron rod.
Singh was fast asleep outside his house when he was attacked.
Police said the motive behind murder was not immediately known.
Further investigation was on.
