Indian Air Force AN-32 with 13 persons onboard goes missing
New Delhi, June 3 (IBNS): Indian Air Force (IAF) AN-32 Aircraft which had 13 persons, including eight crew members and five passengers, went missing after it took off from Assam's Jorhat on Monday, media reports said.
According to NDTV report, the Antonov An-32 took off from Jorhat at 12:25 pm for the a landing strip in Mechuka in Arunachal Pradesh.
The aircraft last contacted ground at 1 pm and since then there has been no contact, sources told NDTV.
Search operation is currently going on.
