Jammu and Kashmir: Driver killed in Central Kashmir road accident

Srinagar, Jun 3 (UNI) A driver was killed when a vehicle he was driving turned turtle on Srinagar-Leh national highway in central Kashmir district of Ganderbal on Monday, official sources said.

They said a tipper (truck) on its way from Sonamarg to Kanagan skidded of the road and turned turtle at Hariganiwan, Ganderbal, resulting on the spot death of driver Mushtaq Ahmad Ganai, a resident of village Fraw, Gund.

Police has registered a case and initiated proceedings, they said.
