New Delhi, Jun 7 (UNI): National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday arrested two suspects of banned terror group United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA) who were accused in a murder case registered against them on November 2018 in Tinsukia district in Assam.

Both accused Babul Moran and Binanda Dahotiya were produced before the Special NIA court at Guwahati on June 7 and they have been remanded to NIA custody for 12 days.

This case was related to an FIR registered against six unknown armed miscreants.

They had been suspected to be members of proscribed organisation ULFA, for allegedly killing of five villagers of Bichanimukh Kherbari village in Tinsukia district of Assam.

They had been accused of causing grievous injuries to a sixth villager, outside the village on November 1, 2018.
