Amarnath pilgrim from Rajasthan dies in Baltal
Srinagar, Jul 14 (UNI) A pilgrim from Rajasthan died during the pilgrimage to holy Amarnath cave shrine in South Kashmir Himalayas in the wee hours on Sunday.
A yatra official told UNI that 63-year-old pilgrim, identified as Sundari Devi Chauhan, a resident of Ajmer in Rajasthan, died at Baltal Base Hospital at 0400 hrs.
“The cause of his death was being ascertained,” the official said.
