Fire breaks out at New Delhi Railway station in Kerala bound train, no casualty
New Delhi, Sep 6 (UNI) A fire broke out in rear power car of Kerala bound 12218 Chandigarh Kochuvalli Express at New Delhi Railway at Platform number 8 on Friday.
The blaze was reported at 1340 hrs in the Keral bound train, Northern Railway CPRO Deepak Kumar said here.
In a tweet, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal said, 'No casualty or injury has been reported.'

He said the train later departed to Nizamuddin railway station where power car will be attached and train will depart for final destination (Kochuveli in Trivandrum).
The fire brigade has reached the site and the inferno has been extinguished, Mr Kumar said, adding senior official have reached the spot.
