Bangalore: CCB arrests 30 illegal Bangladeshi immigrants
Bengaluru/UNI: Bengaluru City Crime Branch on Saturday arrested 30 Bangladeshi nationals who were living in the city without any visa.
Police Joint Commissioner Sandeep Patil said that action would be initiated against them as per the rules of foreign national registration and concerned authorities have initiated the deportation process.
"The raids will continue to identify those Bangladesh citizens staying after expiry of their Visa," he added.
He said the raid was conducted following information about overstaying and allegedly indulging in criminal activities.
