Muslims will continue to produce more children, won't listen to anyone: Badruddin Ajmal
Guwahati/IBNS: While the Assam government has decided that no government job will be given to people having more than two child, All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) chief and MP Badruddin Ajmal said Muslims will continue to produce more children and they won't listen to anyone.
Ajmal on Saturday said here, “I personally believe and our religion believes that those who want to come to the world will come and no one can stop it.”
Hitting out at the BJP-led Assam government, Ajmal said, “Whatever you make law, there will be no impact on the Muslims. Trying to touch the nature is not good. To produce children, Muslims will do whatever they want... They are ruling over Muslims. Don’t fight with the nature.”
“Muslims will continue to do so to produce child, they will not listen to anyone. Now they have brought this law to stop Muslims for giving jobs. According to the Sachar committee, below two percent Muslims get jobs. When they do not get jobs, they will produce five-six children, even those people have needed income. Literate people are now increasing among the Muslim community and they are working around the world,” Ajmal said.
Ajmal further said, “I knew last night that, Sarbananda Sonowal is the eighth child of his parents. If he wouldn't have born, then would he have become the Chief Minister?"
He added, “On one side, the RSS, Bhagwat say, produce 10-10 children and on the other side the government says that no government jobs will be given to the people having more than two children. First they should decide what they want. They don’t follow what RSS said.”
“Our religion believes that those who want to come to the world will come and no one can stop it. It does not matter for us. Our people don’t go there for job,” Ajmal said.
The Assam cabinet on Oct 21 decided that, no government jobs will be given to the persons having more than two children after Jan 1, 2021.
The 126-member Assam assembly had passed the “Population and Women Empowerment Policy of Assam” in Sept 2017.
