No letter written by PM to CJI on Ayodhya judgement: Indian Govt
New Delhi/UNI: The Government on Friday clarified that Prime Minister Narendra Modi did not write a letter to the Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi on the Ayodhya judgement.
In a tweet, the Government spokesperson said,’’A purported letter from PM Narendra Modi to Chief Justice of India on the Ayodhya judgment is circulating on social media. No such letter has been written. The letter is fake and malicious.’’
According to reports, a letter purportedly written by the PM to the Chief Justice is going viral on the social media in Bangladesh .
Indian High Comisisoner in Dhaka has termed the letter as ‘fake’.
