Other political parties realised that BJP is inevitable for country's progress:BS Yediyurappa

Belagavi/UNI: Karnataka Chief Minister and senior BJP leader B S Yediyurappa on Saturday underlined that leaders of various political parties have now realised that BJP was inevitable for the country and hence they have come forward to join hands with BJP.

In his reaction to formation of NCP-BJP government in Maharashtra, Mr Yediyurappa told the media at Samba Airport on his arrival for campaign to the December 5 by-election that '' it seems that all political parties have now understood that there is no future other than BJP for the country".
"BJP had reached understanding with Shiv Sena, but it fought for power against the understanding reached earlier.

Now all the issues are solved and BJP will be in power for the full five year term in Maharashtra", he added.

Claiming that BJP would win all the 15 Assembly seats in the December 5 by-election in the state, Yediyurappa said "BJP will give a befitting reply to Congress by winning all the 15 seats and will provide a stable government for the remaining three and a half years".

Referring to a statement by Opposition Leader in the Legislative Assembly Siddaramaiah, Mr Yediyurappa said that "Congress has won only one seat in the last election to the Lok Sabha and it has failed to realise that people are in favour of BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Both Congress and JDs have failed to realise the fact".

Deputy Chief Minister Lakshman Savaadi, in his reaction, told the media here that "BJP has taught a lesson to Shiv Sena by forming the government by joining hands with the NCP.

''BJP had agreed to join hands with Shiv Sena despite opposition by workers and leaders, but it failed to maintain the principles of understanding and power-monging leaders started demanding the Chief Ministerial post ."
