Mumbai/UNI:  Responding to the BJP accusations, Shiv Sena Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut here on Tuesday stated that there will be no tolerance against talks of freedom of Kashmir from India.

“I read that those who holding the ‘Free Kashmir’ posters clarified that they want to be free of restrictions on Internet services, mobile services and other issues. It doesn’t mean that they advocate freedom from India,” he said.

Echoing same, Nationalist Congress Party Minister Jayant Patil also said that the ‘Free Kashmir’ was intended for freedom from all restrictions and discriminations.

The controversial issue propped up after placards displaying 'Free Kashmir', were sighted here during the ongoing protest against the JNU violence episode.

Started from Sunday midnight, several prominent personalities-NCP Minister Jitendra Awhad

and celebrities-have abhorred the attack on the country's premier varsity campus.

On Monday, Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray likened the JNU violent episode to the 26/11 terror attacks, and stated that attempts to mirror such criminal activity in the state won't be overlooked.
