Kollam/UNI: A six-year old girl, who was playing in front of her house, reportedly went missing from her home in Elavur situated in Nedumankavu.
The incident occurred on Thursday.
According to police, search operations have been as intensified to trace the girl and that they suspect this to be a case of kidnapping.
The Fire and Rescue Service Personnel also conducted a search at the lake situated near the home of the girl.
The police also examined all CCTV cameras installed within five kilometre radius.
