The BJP demanded that his travel details be made public.
BJP spokesperson Nikhil Anand alleged that PK flew to Kolkata from New Delhi secretly by a cargo plane during lockdown.

Raising fingers at Prashant Kishor, Anand said that it was a matter of investigation how and who gave the permission to him for travelling by cargo plane in the lockdown due to covid-19. pandemic?
Anand also wanted to know whether PK travelled illegally from Delhi to Kolkata hiding in the cargo plane?
Questioning the authority of PK for travelling to Kolkata from Delhi by a cargo plane in the lockdown, he said Prashant Kishor is neither an employee of cargo nor an officer either of Delhi government or West Bengal government or a warrior of coronavirus like a doctor, health worker, or a pilot, co-pilot or a porter in the cargo.
He asked Prashant Kishor and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to exhibit the permission related letter in this connection and inform how this travel not be considered as illegal.
If the concerned persons failed to exhibit the papers he would demand for an enquiry into the entire matter said Anand and alleged that West Bengal government had failed miserably in the battle against covid-19 and was not even able to utilise the central assistance in this regard.
He alleged that Mamata Banerjee with the mission to cover up her failures was taking assistance of PK even illegally.
Terming this act of Mamta Banerjee as shameful, Anand said that by doing so the West Bengal chief minister shattered the trust of coronavirus warriors.
