Arrest warrant against Ex-Delhi University V-C for plagiarism

New Delhi, Nov 25 (IBNS): A Delhi court on Tuesday ordered the arrest of former Delhi University Vice Chancellor Deepak Pental on charges of plagiarism, media reported.
According to reports, the court's directive came on the basis of case filed by another fellow professor P Parthasarthy, who accused Deepak of plagiarism.
 
Parthasarthy has reportedly said that Pental and his student stole another researcher's work on bio-technology.
 
It is notehworthy to mention that Pental, a professor of Genetics has been the V-C of Delhi University during 2005-2010.
