India fights COVID-19: Lockdown extended till June 30 in containment zones
New Delhi/IBNS: Amid growing number of COVID-19 cases in the country, the Indian government on Saturday extended the nationwide lockdown in containment zones till June 30.
The announcement was made at a time when the country is nearing to end the current phase of the lockdown on May 31.
However, certain relaxations with regard to opening restaurants and shopping malls have been done.
