Rajasthan Speaker withdraws own petition from Supreme Court

New Delhi/IBNS: Rajasthan Speaker CP Joshi have withdrawn his own petition against the high court order seeking a stay on the disqualification of 19 rebel Congress MLAs, media reports said. 

Speaker's advocate Kapil Sibal said he needs more time to decide his legal strategy. 

The Supreme Court was hearing on the pleas of the 19 Congress MLAs challenging the Speaker's disqualification notices served to them.
