Ayodhya/UNI: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will reach here Sunday afternoon to review the arrangements for the Ram temple Bhoomi pujan to be held on August 5.

This would be the second visit of the UP CM to the temple city after the day of Bhoomi pujan was fixed by the Shree Ramjanambhoomi Tirath Khetra Trust.

During his last visit on July 25, Yogi Adityanath had cut short the list of invitees to 200 from over 300.

During his around 2 hour long visit , CM will hold meeting with district officials, saints, trust members and security personnel, sources here on Saturday said .

Yogi had already appealed to the Ram Bhakts to watch the Bhoomi pujan at their home in TV rather than reaching Ayodhya during this Covid pandemic. He has also urged the devotees to light diyas in the houses on August 4 and 5 to celebrate the occassion.

Yesterday a team of senior UP officials led by chief secretary R K Tiwari visited Ayidhya to review the arrangements and security preparedness.

Meanwhile, the Ayodhya district authorities will seal the district borders from August 3 night in view of the security drill.
