China halts fish imports from Indian firm after detecting coronavirus
Beijing/IBNS: China will suspend fish imports from an Indian company for a week claiming that novel coronavirus was detected on the outer packaging of frozen cuttlefish, said a media report.
China's customs office said it will stop importing fish from an Indian company Basu International for one week after detecting the virus, reported Reuters.
Imports will be restored automatically after a week, the General Administration of Customs said in a statement, the report added.
