Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra Monday urged media and all her followers to refrain from invading her family's privacy at a time her husband Raj Kundra's porn case is being investigated.

In an excerpt of a long statement, Shilpa said, "... All I will say is, as it's an on-going investigation, I have full faith in the Mumbai Police and the Indian judiciary. As a family, we are taking recourse to all our available legal remedies.

"But, till then I humbly request you - especially as a MOTHER - to respect our privacy for my children's sake and request you to refrain from commenting on half-baked information without verifying the veracity of the same."

Kundra, 45, was arrested July 19 for allegedly producing and streaming pornographic content. He is now in judicial custody.

Four employees of Raj Kundra have turned witnesses in the case.

Nine more people, including Raj Kundra's close aide Ryan Thorpe, have been arrested in the case.

Defending her husband last month, Shilpa last month asserted that 'erotica' and 'pornography' were different, and Raj was not involved in producing pornographic content.
