Narendra Modi wishes nation on Janmasthami

New Delhi: Indian PM NarendraModi on Monday wished the nation on Janmasthami.

Janmasthami is an annual Hindu festival that celebrates the birth of Krishna, the eighth avatar of Vishnu.

The country is obersing the event amid fear about COVID-19 third wave.

 Modi tweeted: "Greetings to you all on the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami."
