Kolkata/IBNS: West Bengal Advocate General (AG), Kishore Dutta, on Tuesday resigned from his post owing to 'personal reasons', reports said.
According to reports, Kishore Dutta tendered his resignation as the state's AG 'with immediate effect' to Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar.
Jagdeep Dhankhar, on his Twitter handle, said that Kishore Dutta's resignation had been accepted with immediate effect in terms of Article 165 of the Constitution.
