New Delhi/Kolkata: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee described the Union Budget as 'Pegasus Spin Budget' and said it has 'zero' for common people.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the Union Budget on Tuesday.
The budget was presented just days before several Indian states, including Uttar Pradesh and Punjab, will vote to elect new assemblies.
