Srinagar: Two militants of the Lashkar-e-Toiba were arrested in Jammu and Kashmir's Budgam district, police said Monday.
Waseem Ahmad Ganai and Iqbal Ashraf Sheikh, both residents of Shopian, taken into custody in Sunneregund area by the police and the Army's Rashtriya Rifles.
Incriminating materials, arms and ammunition including a Chinese pistol, two pistol magazines, 12 pistol rounds and 32 AK-47 rounds were recovered from their possession, a police spokesman said.
There have been four killings including that of two civilians in Budgam district this month.
