Chandigarh/IBNS: In a shocking incident, a man from Punjab's Jalandhar has alleged he was kidnapped, drugged, raped and then dumped at a secluded place by four women, media reports said.

The man, who works as a labourer in a leather factory, told mediapersons that he was abducted while returning from work in Kapurthala road on Monday.

After a white car stopped near him, the girl who was driving it asked him for an address written on a piece of paper, which was handed over to him.

When he started reading the paper, the girl allegedly sprayed on his eyes leaving him to temporarily lose his vision and fainted.

Next he found himself inside the car with the girls, who were allegedly drinking, blindfolded with hands tied on his back.

The girls then allegedly took him to an unknown location, drugged him and raped him in turns.

Later, the labourer, who is married with kids, has claimed he was left blindfolded and with hands tied at 3 pm when the girls left.

Listening to his wife, he didn't complain to police but went ahead to share his ordeal with the media.

The Punjab Police has initiated a suo moto investigation into the case.
